Shipping Policy

Ready-sized Abayas typically ship within 1-2 weeks. Customized Abayas generally take 3-4 weeks to ship. 

While we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee expedited shipping. During high-demand periods, delivery may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we will do our best to send your Abaya as soon as we can.

Return and refund policy

Return Window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your item. (Kindly keep in mind you will have to pay for all the costs of delivery)

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—not used or worn, with tags still attached.

How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, contact us at contact@mezwear.com or via our Instagram page. If your return request is approved, we will arrange for a delivery service to pick up your item. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (As the return window is only 3 days) so we can assess the situation and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items 
If there’s an error in the measurements of your abaya, it can be returned for review. If the mistake is on our part, we will cover the costs of delivery and any necessary alterations. However, if the error is on your side, you will have to pay for all the costs of delivery and you may choose to have it altered at your own expense.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
